Faq

Booking events should be simple. Here are answers to the most common questions we get from student groups.

  • We recommend 3-6 months for most events, but we can often work magic with shorter timelines too. Weddings and events over football/basketball game weekends should book 9-12 months in advance if possible.

  • Just three things: (1) How many rooms you're expecting, (2) Where you want to stay (city/area), and (3) Your dates. That's it! We'll handle everything from there.

  • Absolutely not. This is a completely free service. Your group just pays the hotel directly for their rooms at the discounted rate.

  • No problem at all! Since there's no commitment or attrition requirements, you can book more or fewer rooms than originally expected. If you exceed your initial block, we’ll work with the property to add rooms to your existing block. If additional rooms are unavailable, we will locate a nearby property to host your additional guests.

  • Once we negotiate the group rate, the hotel creates a custom booking link or reservation code just for your group. You share that with your guests, and they book their rooms directly through the hotel at your special rate.

  • Absolutely! Tell us your preferred hotel or give us a general area/budget, and we'll find the best option for your group's needs.
